Omniscient Inquiry of Arcana can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 34 or above and have completed New Friends Bring New Joy mission.
New Friends Bring New Joy Mission Guide
| Quest Walkthrough | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Enter the Divination Commission with Qingque. Once you're in the front door, you'll find that it is locked. |
| 2 | Follow Qingque to the Divination Commission's side entrance. Then, head inside the commission. |
| 3 | Unlock the side entrance with Qingque's hints. Interact with the mechanism next to the door to repair it. |
| 4 | Solve the Abacus Circuitry puzzle. Move the computing module to be above the second green panel. Then, press on the second green panel. Rotate the module either left or right until it's on the indicated green panel. |
| 5 | Go with Qingque to meet Fu Xuan while also defeating any enemies you encounter along the way! |
| 6 | Speak with Fu Xuan and Jing Yuan. |
| 7 | Help the Divination Commission to restart the Matrix of Prescience's three base terminals. See the full base terminal puzzle guides here! |
| 8 | Report back to Fu Xuan and watch her conduct the Matrix of Prescience on Kafka. |
| 9 | Talk to Fu Xuan again. Finish the conversation to move on to the next quest! |
The puzzles for Spatial and Karma Terminals can be done in any order.
| How to Restart the Temporal Terminal | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Travel via the Shifting Screen toward the Temporal Terminal. |
| 2 | Go to the small diamond platform and activate the base terminal. |
| 3 |  Follow the image above the puzzle area. |
| 4 |  Pick up the middle part of the terminal. |
| 5 |  Put it down on the right side of the hexagon platform. |
| 6 |  Pick up the one on the lower right of the hexagon. |
| 7 |  Put it down on the lower left of the hexagon platform. This will solve the puzzle and restart the terminal! |
| How to Restart the Spatial Terminal | |
|---|---|
| 1 | Once the Abacus Circuit Puzzle is complete, this will repair the Shifting Screen and you can use it to get to the Spatial Terminal. |
| 2 | Defeat the Aurumaton Gatekeeper blocking the terminal. |
| 3 |  Activate the base terminal again and match the image above the puzzle area with the line mechanisms. |
| 4 |  Pick up the lowest line mechanism on the right side. |
| 5 |  Put it down on the slot above it on the right. |
| 6 |  Pick up the one on the left side on top. |
| 7 |  Put it down on the slot on the lower left of the hexagon platform. This will solve the puzzle and restart the terminal! |
| How to Restart the Karma Terminal | |
|---|---|
| 1 | After repairing the Shifting Screen by solving the Abacus Circuit, use it to travel to the Karma Terminal. |
| 2 |  Activate the terminal and match the image above the puzzle area with the line mechanisms. |
| 3 |  Pick up the second to the lowest slot on the right. |
| 4 |  Put it down on the lowest slot on the left. |
| 5 |  Pick up the one on the second to the lowest slot on the left. |
| 6 |  Put it down on the lowest slot on the right. |
