Tranquil Amidst Turmoil

Quest Walkthrough
1 The mission will start after asking Kafka about their intentions and other things. It will switch you to Dan Heng and his current team in the Artisan Commission.
2 Follow the quest marker once Dan Heng, Luocha, and Sushang are done talking.
3 You'll see a girl at the marker. Save her by fighting a couple of Mara-Struck Soldiers.
Note that Luocha is computer-controlled and will act according to the situation. Attack with Dan Heng and Sushang to your heart's content!
4 After fighting, they'll talk again and Luocha will heal the mechanical girl, Xueyi. She will tell you to follow her to see the "strange happenings". The quest will end after that and start the "Wood Sprouts Anew, Fate Tilts Askew".

Quest Walkthrough
1 The mission will start after the cutscene where Kafka escaped with Blade. Go to Fu Xuan and Jing Yuan on the other side once done.
2 After the long talk with Fu Xuan and Jing Yuan, go to the Divination Commission Dock with Fu Xuan. Bid your farewell and head back to the Artisan Commission
3 Tingyun will talk and guide you afterwards, which starts the next mission "Humming Antlers, Entwined Horns".
