Give to Julian to Start the Adventurous Moles

After Hook's Treasure, go to Julian, who is located near the space anchor beside Natasha's Clinic in Boulder Town. Then, select the dialogue option, Julian, I've got your stuff here.

Julian will then take all his belongings from you, and the Adventurous Moles quest will start! Note that you need to be Trailblaze Level 24 and have also defeated Cocolia for the dialogue prompt from Julian to appear!
