An Invitation Without Proffer can be unlocked once you reach Trailblaze Level 29 or above and have completed Silent Galaxy mission.
An Invitation Without Proffer Walkthrough
| Quest Walkthrough | |

| 1 | Head to the Parlor Car in the express and sit tight! |
| 2 | A cutscene will start once you sit down and Dan Heng would end up having a nightmare about it. |
| 3 | The cutscene continues with the Trailblazer and March 7th knocking on Dan Heng's door to wake him up. |
| 4 | Go back to the Parlor Car and talk to Himeko. |
| 5 | Participate in the Navigation Meeting with Pom-Pom, Welt, Himeko, and March 7th. |
| 6 | Kafka will appear in a cutscene then she will request the Astral Express Crew for a destination alteration toward The Xianzhou Luofu. |
| 7 | Go to the Passenger Cabin and convince Dan Heng to vote for your destination. When you arrive there, March 7th has managed to tell Dang Heng everything. |
| 8 | Return to the Parlor Car and vote for your destination with the rest of the crew! |
| 9 | The Astral Express will depart for The Xianzhou Luofu. |
| 10 | When the express arrives, there seems to be a problem with docking within the vessel. Eventually, the Express is let in. |
| 11 | You head off with Welt and March 7th this time! |
| 12 | Once in Cloudford, talk to your companions. The quest ends there and the next one will appear! |

IDK if the people running this sight will see this, but I think the quest information needs to be updated. Ever since 1.6, the quest does not require you to be Trailblaze level 29 anymore. I don't know what the new 'requirement' is, but I do know that some quest requirements were lowered and I think it's worth looking into and updating the information for clarity's sake.
