Complete the Ring and Stage II Mission

Silent yet Shining can be unlocked after clearing Ring and Stage II and Trial of the Equilibrium: Part One. Interact with Scott in front of Fight Club to start the mission.

Mission Walkthrough

Quest Walkthrough
1 Use the Fight Club space anchor in Boulder town to teleport then interact with Scott to get started with the mission.
2 After talking to Scott, go inside the Fight Club to search for Kluzer. Kluzer is the one wearing blue armor.
3 After a short conversation with Kluzer, he will collapse and you will be transferred to Natasha's Clinic. Natasha will then ask you to gift the anonymous packages.
Note: Their locations are already marked on the map.

Honkai Star Rail - SIlent yet Shining - Package 1
Use the Goethe Grand Hotel space anchor to teleport close to the first recipient of the package. Head north to find the Courteous Woman. Give her the Toddler Clothing Package.

Honkai Star Rail - SIlent yet Shining - Package 2
Go south and look for the Scraggy Miner. Give the Milk Powder Package to him.

Honkai Star Rail - SIlent yet Shining - Package 3
Lastly, look for the Wandering Little Girl. She's located in the southern area of Boulder Town. Give the Children's Book Package to her.
7 Go back to the Fight Club to check on Kluzer's condition. Ask the audience inside about Kluzer's whereabouts. Go outside afterward to ask Scott for more details about Kluzer's disappearance.
8 After talking to Scott, go to Rivet Town to find Kluzer.
Note: His location is marked on the map so you can easily locate him.
9 An Everwinter Shadewalker is waiting for you in Kluzer's location. Defeat it, then interact with Kluzer.
10 Kluzer will vanish once you interact with him, only leaving an Anonymous Package. Return back to Natasha to deliver the package and to complete the mission.

There are no important dialogue choices to be made during this Adventure Mission.
