Since Cocolia. Mother of Deception's main weakness is fire, it's better to have two to three characters with Fire element on your team. Her summons are also weak against Fire damage, making those characters more valuable than other characters.
A strong single-target character will also work well if you have one, like Seele, so you can focus on bringing down Cocolia quickly.

How to Beat Cocolia, Mother of Deception
Remove the Lance of Eternal Freeze
During the first phase against Cocolia, quickly defeat the Lances first to return Cocolia's weaknesses back and avoid getting hit by the Lances. Quantum, Fire, and Lightning should be able to remove their shield or take them out quickly.
You can use the Engine of Creation once they spawn for an insta-kill!
Stop The Creation's Prelude Attack
Cocolia in her final form will have a high-damaging, AoE attack. You can avoid this attack by breaking her shield, causing Weakness Break, using the right elements or the Engine of Creation!
Characters hit by this will suffer a lot of damage and might even die if not upgraded properly.
Use Engine of Creation at the Right Moment
You should only use the Engine of Creation if Cocolia has summoned the Lance of Eternal Freeze or charging up The Creation's Prelude attack. The reason for this is that your characters may not be enough to deal with them quickly and may cause more casualty if left alone.
