The Mailbox is unlocked after completing a few missions at the beginning of Honkai: Star Rail. Find out where your mailbox is located and how to open it!

Opening the Mail Icon on the Top Right

Honkai Star Rail - Mailbox

The in-game Mailbox can be opened by selecting the Mail icon found on the upper right corner of the Menu.

This should take you to your inbox where you can view all the messages sent to you, including surveys and claimable rewards such as Credits and Ascension Materials.
