These are missable but the game won't punish you that much as Praise of High Morals only gives like an exp book and a few credits when exchanged. Also, you can get the "Saint" achievement under "Moment of Joy" once you've collected 20 of these, by the way, you don't need to have all in your inventory to get the achievement so no worries exchanging them. I guess after collecting 20 of them, we can stop being a goody two shoes lol
