I don't think you understand how dealing 100k per turn with whover is just broken, consider a Seele + Sparkle + Bronya team, let's say she gets 2 actions per turn, 3 times because of action forward, and say her dmg is 80k, that's 100k * 6 + 80k * 6 = 1.08M dmg in one rotation, if you kill a mob that dmg is doubled, potentially reaching 2M one rotation, how you say this is not good

me pulling e1 harmony dps to feel different and better than puliing actual dps nuker who can implant weakness as my way of coping
also getting 3 star in moc is actually easier than 60k in pf cuz every trash dps can clear moc with 20 cycles to spare, in pf u actually cant just use any dps and as we see in the new pf theres more elites so herta/himeko kinda got a little nerf
