well dmg is not based on whether you like a character or not lol. and ratio is undoubtedly the best against one target rn. hes the type that focuses on killing the main boss ignoring minions
pure single target is definitely dr ratio, this is assuming only 1 or 2 enemies on field (which is quite often). Pure AoE and especially for pure fiction is Argenti, works no matter the weakness or buffs, has 90 ult for trash mobs and 180 for the elite waves and both are quick to get. dhil is far better than jingliu now with sparkle and is the best overall dps for MoC while Jing yuan is now massively buffed both for pure fiction and MoC.
Honestly ST I don't really like Ratio so I would say DHIL and JL both tied ST dmg, pure AoE definitely Argenti first (may change with Acheron but we still don't have final kit)
for what MoC? The most enemies on field is more often than not just 3. She’s horrible in pure fiction and it’s not secret on top of her many other flaws.
Bro I'm a waifu collector but honestly you can't say Seele is best ST, JL is understandable since she and DHIL don't have much difference in quality but ST best is definitely not Seele. PF is fairly but I wouldn't say Herta Himeko are 'better' than Argenti JY, they're all good

let’s see, best AoE and erudition characters are Jing yuan and argenti who can still take on MoC just as fine as the others, especially the former. Best dps in game right now is dhil and best single target dps is dr ratio. There are only female supports right now so don’t know why your brought them up. Then the only better waifu is fu xuan or huo huo who only gives you a 1 cycle faster clear over loucha if we’re looking at data samples.
