PS5 Cross-Save Details

Link PSN and HoYoverse Account

Linking your PlayStation Network (PSN) account to an existing HoYoverse account will let you cross-save between platforms.

Hence, if you have already played Honkai: Star Rail before on a different platform, you can continue your progress on the PS5. Do note that account data on different servers will not be synchronized.

How to Reroll in PS5 Port of Star Rail

Requires a New HoYoverse Account

If you are playing Honkai: Star Rail for the first time or plan to create a new account for the PS5 port, you may consider rerolling for better starting pulls.

Progress through a new account until you unlock Warps and receive the free 20 Star Rail Passes. If your first two pulls aren't ideal, this is the point where you can decide to reroll.

Turn Off HDR

With Honkai: Star Rail's release on the PS5, the issue that a lot of players encounter is having a black screen when they open the game. A common fix for this is to go to your PS5's display settings and then turn off HDR.

Version 1.5.2 Update Released

HoYoverse has already released the Version 1.5.2 update which fixed the HDR issue on the PS5. But, if you are still encountering a black screen when playing Honkai: Star Rail, simply turn off the HDR!
