There are currently no official announcements for upcoming beta tests in Honkai: Star Rail. HoYoverse's other games such as Genshin Impact and Honkai Impact 3rd have open beta tests even after their official release.
We suspect that Honkai: Star Rail will do the same thing after its global release, but it's currently unlikely.
