there is no RNG if you have >50% Effect Hit Rate because that's basically 100+% chance to debuff the enemy Just like Gepard with his Skill, it is guaranteed to freeze the enemy when his Effect Hit Rate is high
What do you mean? Kazuha should've been the insult to silver wolf in this case, because he can't do a thing with Geo and Dendro while Silver Wolf enables any team to do easy bossfights no matter the element, lowers defenses + res even more. Kazuha, in the other hand rely on VV to shred res.
With a bit of team building depending on enemies weakness...most of the times she replaced bronya or tingyun . I went from 13 to 21 stars in Memory of chaos, I'm not a pro and probably could do more, that's my skill issues, but she carries so hard.
the way her lightcone is such a bait 😂 the event one is great and fixes her issues a lot. its almost like having her e1 and e2
i can see why some people are amazed with SW its most likely she is the first 5* debuffer in their account
oh the thing is you can choose who to buff with tingyun. her buff is always guaranteed too 🤣 no RNG.

The whole game is situational if that is what you take from that sentence. You NEED type coverage otherwise you make it harder for yourself. This isn't Genshin where you have one OP Char that destroys everything with reactions, and SW makes type coverage easier. If you use her to enable a team that has no coverage of the enemies you are figthing, then of course she won't work. Imagine people complaining Tingyun is bad bc they use her to buff the healer or Sub-DPS insted of your main...

SHE DOES NOT NEED MONO COMPS TO WORK. If you take Seele, SW, Tingyun, Bailu against an enemy who is weak to lightning then SILVER WOLF WILL 100% IMPLANT QUANTUM WEAKNESS.

Silver Wolf is Kazuha (enables team comps) + Nilou (gets stronger with new character release).
you guys forgot about the mono physic team with Silver Wolf, Sushang as a Main dps Clara as a tank/SubDps and Natasha
ig because i have DPS coverage for every element thats why I dont feel that big of an impact by slotting her in my team. She is definitely great if you plan to use the same team forever. As someone who prefers to widen my character roster her value will drop even more when I have more characters.
I assume then you don't have bailu, sure SW won't be good for you now but as more characters roll around I'm sure she'll become even more powerful. I'm not a meta player though I only pull for waifus but personally even on random teams, she's helped me gain 7 extra stars in MoC
Best character for f2p players , very friendly , good for every team composition.
They only prefer that because ther isn't much more in the game right now. Besides, what do you wanna do, use Bronya and Tingyun on every team for ever? SW works well with Seele, bc she can create a Quantum weakness for Seele and heavily debuff enemies (40% Def Shred with Talent and Ultimate on Level 1 plus Elemental Res Shred with her Skill). If you Combine that with Seeles own Def and Res Shed (Relics and Trace) you basically fight Enemies with almost no Def/Res
