sw is not a buffer. she is a debuffer only. so ig sw is more like the vv set than kazuha himself. also kazuha wont punish you if you play him outside of mono teams like sw.

and mono teams aren't top meta sadly. it exists just so you can unga bunga any situation and to maximize silverwolf's potential. mono quantum isn't even seele's best team cuz of how she works.

She is the best investment for my Fu Xuan Seele Silverwolf team.
I have her at lvl 64, lvl 8 skill, lvl 70 free event light cone, and no relics (spent too much resources investing in other characters and now I just got Gepard, lol). Yet, she is still an excellent support to my mono electric team in moc earning me stars so idk what makes you say she's underwhelming. Can't wait until she's fully built!

Dead stat unless you actually cause the break. Unlikely with my Mono/flex team comps so far.
Much better as break effect build then dps build.
She isn't completely RNG, you can manipulate the matchups to guarantee the weakness type you want. Several people's guides have covered that.
another RNG quantum oh im seeing a pattern here and im not sure i like it. hoyo is taking the 'randomness' in quantum too seriously 😂
