she is RNG. time to put down the copium. yes her skill can refresh but do you want to keep waiting for her turn to refresh her skill until she selects the correct weakness?
I have her with bailu and tingyun and its sooooo broken people who say its rng has no idea how she works her debuff restarts and has no cd like if u get wrong one get the one u want next turn and keep it d ont spam it A broken ast ynit so glad i got her <3
remove qingque u just wasting ya skill point for jingyuan, replace with a support like tingyun or asta, and tingyun will be the best choice since she have lightning element

Unfortunately I dont think welt can solo dps carry for that team
If you have Welt maybe she can work with mono Imaginary with the release of Luocha and Yukong.
is she worth pulling for ? i keep seeing to use her for mono teams my current team is jing yuan pela dan heng and bailu if i get her she'll take pelas slot
She got the Gorou treatment. The different is Seele, unlike Itto can still hit hard outside of mono team 😂
her best bet is mono quantum tbh. she is single target so ig hyv designed her for seele. her gimmick aint worth it outside of that. you have to purposely brings the unrecommended weakness type to fight the enemies just so she works. If the enemies already has the weakness she is useless. the dmg reduce wont be triggered.
yep. imo better wait until they release more characters to play mono team with silverwolf. the only good mono team rn is mono lightning. jingyuan-tingyun-bailu-silverwolf.
Well, yes, but that also means that she would work with any mono element team. Even now we can build some decent ones, and in the future the variety of available characters will only grow, so she's still pretty amazing. The only question is whether to pull for her now, or to wait for a rerun, when you potentially will have better mono teams to use her with.
Yes, providing another weakness to an enemy looks wonderful, but you can't choose which element to select. If your healer/shielder is not the same element with your DPS and SW selects their element instead of your DPS's element youre pretty much screwed. The easiest way to overcome this is to run a mono element like Seele mono quantum, but this will limit your support options. She is RNG-based and not reliable. Only sounds good on paper tbh.
But Pela doesn't let you apply weakness break
after they nerfed her, she is only 10% better than pela though
