Sparkle and Kafka are the best 5-star characters to pick in the Character Selector.
Sparkle has been recently buffed through Novaflare, which features a longer CRIT DMG buff, an overflowing amount of Skill Points, and RES PEN buffs. Sparkle is the best option for players who don't have her, and her Eidolons are also amazing to have.
Kafka is also a must-pick for players who want to start building a DoT team. Kafka can trigger DoTs through her kit, and can become even stronger with other DoT units such as Hysilens and Black Swan.

Acheron can also be a great pick for players who want a Nihility-focused team. Acheron can shine if you plan on getting her Light Cone, her 2nd Eidolon, and premium units such as Cipher or Jiaoqiu.
