You Cannot Reset Attributes

Currently, there is no confirmed method to reset Attributes once they have been placed. You'll have to be decisive when choosing what stat you want to increase, especially since levelling up takes some effort.

Aside from levelling up, a way to increase Attributes is by finding Attribute Shrines. Finding a Shrine gives one attribute point. There is one in each Act, so be sure to spend some time exploring the map since they're definitely worth it.

This item gives bonus Intelligence, Constitution, and Charisma

Another way is by wearing a piece of equipment that gives Attribute increases as bonuses. Make sure to play Acts on higher Challenge Ratings to increase the chances of getting these kinds of drops.
