Goffin's Door Act Guide and Walkthrough | Dwarven Mug Locations

Goffin's Door Main Objectives

Enter Rugrib's Quarter

	Objectives
1	Go to Rugrib's Quarter. Go forward and cross the bridge. Continue on the path on the bridge then turn right, heading towards a hole. Fight the enemies there. Continue on the path, following the objective marker until you reach Rugrib's Quarter.

Reach the goblin guard post. Retrieve the runestone from the goblin guard post

	Objectives
2	Find the goblin guard post to get the 1st runestone. Continue following the objective marker until you get to a ledge. Drop down and to find the runestone's location. To get it, defeat the mage with a blue aura to remove the bluish fog around the runestone.

Reach the cracked halls. Retrieve the runestone at the cracked halls

	Objectives
3	Find the cracked halls and get the runestone. Follow the objective marker until you get to a T-junction. Head left and defeat all enemies. Go up the steps to battle more enemies. Head left once you reach the ledge and then climb to the top of the structure and drop down to reach the cracked halls. Defeat the enemies and get the runestone.

Reach the broken bridge. Retrieve the runestone on the broken bridge

	Objectives
4	Find the next area to get the 3rd runestone. Keep following the marker until you hit another T-junction. Head left and defeat the enemies there. Turn right at the next junciton to reach the broken bridge. Defeat the enemies there to get the runestone.

Reach the goblin prison camp. Retrieve the runestone at the goblin prison camp

	Objectives
5	Cross the wooden bridge and go further to reach a crossroad. North and left will lead to treasure while the right path takes you to the goblin prison camp. Defeat all enemies to get the fourth runestone.

Enter the fort guarding Goffin's Door. Seal Goffin's Door

	Objectives
6	Climb the nearby stairs and defeat the last wave of goblins at the top. Enter the fort and use the runestones to seal the door. The locks are on either side of the gate.

Defeat Vrogulb Frostgrip and his minions

	Objectives
7	As soon as the door is sealed, the bosses of this mission will appear. Defeat them to finish the mission.

Goffin's Door Optional Objectives

Retreieve the Dwarven Mugs

	Objectives
1	The first mug is at the starting area located at the left side, near a target practice.
2	After crossing the broken bridge, climb up the ledge on the left. The mug is hidden between two barrels near the edge.
3	At the entrance of Rugrib's Quarters, located on the floor near a torch.
4	Climb up the ledge from where you got the first Dwarven Runestone. Head over to the right path to get the mug.
5	Follow the left path, destroy the debris then jump down. Jump across a gap and there will be a mug besides some barrels.
6	Follow the right path once you exit Rugrib's Quaters. Run across a field of poisonous flowers then climb up the ladder and you should be able to spot the mug on the left side.
7	After ascending a flight of stairs, stick to the right till you see a barricade. Destroy it then follow the path. It will lead you to the mug's location.
8	Just before arriving at the Cracked Halls, there is a path on the right you can take. Destoy the barricade to reveal it and there will be a mug placed on a table you can take.
9	In the Cracked Halls just before the bridge, there is a barricade you can destroy. Inside are barrels and a tablet. Destroy the barrels to reveal the mug.
10	There is a platform on the right side of the Broken Bridge you can drop down into. The mug is located near a dwarven corpse next to the bridge.
11	After crossing the Broken Bridge, follow the path to the left until you see a ladder. Climb up then drop down on the other side. There will be a mug inside the mineshaft.
12	The mug is located beyond the barricade, across a bridge. Disable the spike traps first by retreiving the lever then destroy the barricade. Follow the path then climb the ledge and the mug will be on top of a rock to the right.
13	From the bridge, keep heading forward. Destroy the barricade and head to the right. Climb up the ledge and the mug should be to your right near a structure. Be sure you're ready for a fight as Yuuk Ratbane guards this area.
14	Before heading inside the boss area, head to the right until you see a floor painted with red across the ice spikes. Use a projectile to break it then follow the path. In the end, there will be a mug besides a barrel.
15	The final mug is located inside the boss room to your left on one of the boulders. Make sure you haven't sealed Goffin's Door yet so you can safely retrieve the mug.

Eliminate Yuuk Ratbane

	Objectives
1	Yuuk Ratbane is located just north of the Broken Bridge. Destroy the barricade then head inside and defeat Yuuk Ratbane.

Tips and Strategies

Watch Enemy Swarms

Many areas here will be filled with enemies in no time. Watch your back and make sure they down swarm you. While goblins and archers don't do much damage, it's a different story when they team up with verbeegs. Use crowd control techniques to help you out.

Boss Strategy: Vrogulb Frostgrip, Icebiter, Nelgand the Slurper

Vrogulb Frostgrip

He basically is just a magic user hiding behind his bulkier minions. Leave him last as Icebiter and Nelgand are more threats than he is. Once his two bodyguards are done, combo him up to prevent him from using any of his skills.

Icebiter

Icebiter is the faster of the bodyguards and hence needs to be disposed off first. He has lunging attacks similar to trolls. He heals pretty quickly too so make sure don't leave him alone for too long.

Nelgand the Slurper

Like most verbeegs, he is pretty slow though his attacks do pack a serious punch. Dodge and attack. For Wulfgar users, if you have a strong enough weapon (125 power and up) at this point, you can pretty much kill Nelgand off with one use of his ultimate and Spin of Fury.

Goffin's Door Attribute Shrine Locations

Goffin's Door Puzzle

	Location
1	The Attribute Shrine is located just north of the Broken Bridge. Destroy the barricade to head inside.
2	Once inside, You will have to defeat Yuuk Ratbane and solve a puzzle in-order to get to the Attribute Shrine. You can do this by matching the runes on the floor with the symbol scattered in the area.
3	Once you have defeated Yuuk Ratbane and have solved the puzzle, simply walk towards the Attribute Shrine.

Goffin's Door Chest Locations

	Map Location	Directions
1		After crossing the broken bridge, climb up the ledge on the left and you'll be able to spot the chest from there.
2		Right at the start of Rugrib's Quarters, there is a chest hiding behind a barricade. Destroy it to get the chest.
3		Climb up the ledge from where you got the first Dwarven Runestone. Follow the left path, destroy the debris then jump down. Disable the thing creating the poisonous floor by hitting it then climb up the ladder. Defeat the enemies in the area then claim your chest.
4		Follow the right path once you exit Rugrib's Quaters. Run across a field of poisonous flowers then climb up the ladder. From there head to the right and you'll be able to see the chest.
5		After ascending a flight of stairs, stick to the right side of the wall till you see a barricade. Destroy it then follow the path. It will lead you towards the chest's location.
6		After defeating a Verbeeg in the Cracked Halls, there is a path blocked by a bunch of barricade to the right. Destroy it and inside will be a chest.
7		There is a platform on the right side of the Broken Bridge you can drop down into. Jump across another platform to get to the chest.
8		After crossing the Broken Bridge, follow the path to the left until you see a ladder. Climb up then jump across to the other side to get the chest.
9+10		Disable the spike traps by retreiving the lever then destroy the barricade. Follow the path and you will be rewarded with two treasure chests.
11+12		From the bridge, keep heading forward. Destroy the barricade and from there, you will need to solve the puzzle. Once you do, you will be rewarded with two treasure chests. Make sure you're ready to fight Yuuk Ratbane as he guards this area.
13		There is a chest to the right just inside the entrance of the Goblin Prison Camp
14		Before heading up the stairs to the boss area, there's a path to the right you can take. Hop across each platform to retrieve your chest.
15		Before heading inside the boss area, head to the right until you see a floor painted with red across the ice spikes. Use a projectile to break it then follow the path. In the end, there will be a mug besides a barrel.
