How to Perform Executions

This is a guide to performing Executions in the game D&D: Dark Alliance. To know more about Executions, read on!

What are Executions?

Executions aren't all that different from your typical attacks, it's just that they deal a bit more damage than your Fierce Attack. Executions instantly kill off enemies with low overall health, but other enemies with significantly more health, like bosses, will only receive more damage and not die instantly.

How to Perform Executions

The first step is to lower your enemies' stamina to the point that they stagger and look exhausted. An enemy doesn't necessarily have to be low on health to perform an execution.

Once you've depleted their stamina, a yellow outline will appear on the enemy. Once you see this yellow outline you can now approach the enemy and press Fierce Attack to trigger an Execution.

How to Lower Enemy Stamina

The game doesn't exactly show you how much stamina an enemy has, but it only takes a few fights to figure out what depletes an enemy's stamina. Similar to our main characters, an enemy's stamina is depleted whenever they attack. Blocking consistently can deplete your typical goblin's stamina fairly quickly.

Check your Attacks

Some of your attacks can cause Stamina Depletion making it easier to perform Executions.

Play Defensively

With Bruenor's Blocking Crusher, you can deplete enemy attacks while also dealing damage in an attempt to deplete enemy stamina.
