Set your game status to online by pressing Touchpad.png on PS4/PS5, XboxOne_Windows.png on XBOX, or key M on PC.

Select the Custom Game option and set it to Friends Only or Invite Only. Your platform's Invite Menu will pop up, and you'll invite friends from there.
IMPORTANT: Currently, all players to be invited must be in-game and at the base camp in order to start a party.

Dark Alliance Open Party

If you're only playing solo but want to try out playing in a team, you can also set the Custom Game to Public to allow anyone to join, or you can select Quick Play to join an open party that fits your matchmaking criteria.

Disconnection Issues

If you can connect to the server but can't play due to persistent disconnects or lag, try the following:

  • Make sure you are using a connection with 25 Mbps download speed and 3 Mbps upload speed or better.
  • Close as many programs that uses the internet as much a possible.
  • Avoid using wireless connection when playing the game to avoid wireless network quality problems.
  • Try a different network connection to check if there is any improvements with the connection.
