Dark Alliance Max Level

Maximum Level Level 20

The max level (level cap) in Dungeons & Dragons: Dark Alliance is level 20.

Dark Alliance also follows the same level cap as the tabletop Dungeons & Dragons. If you plan on playing the game solo, it would take at least 2 playthroughs on Challenge Rating 1. However, playing online and taking a party with you will considerably improve your chances of finishing on higher Challenge Ratings.

Improving Character Stats at Max Level

Dark Alliance - Reach Max Level Using Attribute Points from Shrines

Upon reaching max level (level 20), you can only get attribute points from Attribute Shrines hidden in certain quests to increase your stats further. Do take note that you can only get one attribute point per shrine for each character.

If you're wondering how to increase your stats more after obtaining and spending all the attribute points, some equipment increase your attributes along with some stat bonuses. Be sure to play a quest in a higher Challenge Rating to increase the chances of gear with better stats!

Improving Character After Max Level

Dark Alliance - Improving Cattie-Brie Stats
Though you will no longer gain experience and level up your character after reaching the max level, you can still improve it by getting the best equipment that can enhance your character's Combat Power.

How to Farm for EXP

The easiest way to farm for EXP is to play co-op missions and complete the optional objectives that come with them. Different missions will have enemies of various resistances to certain attacks. Playing with a full party also improves your chances of surviving and finishing missions and dungeons.

Where to Farm for EXP

The Goblin Tower Act

The best and fastest place to farm for EXP is to repeatedly run Act III of The Goblin's Shard as the boss that you will face here is quite easy to take down. It will take you an average of 6~ 15 minutes to finish the level depending on the Challenge Rating. Make sure to select the highest Challenge Rating to get the highest EXP. If you're running this Act alone, it is recommended to start with a lower Challenge Rating first.
