How to Interact With Independent People

When engaged in war with other leaders, War Weariness will take hold of afflicted Towns and Cities, making citizens unhappy and causing penalities in their Towns and Cities. Using Influence allieviates War Weariness and inflicts the same penalty on your opponent.
