You can unlock Mementos when you complete objectives from the Foundation Paths and Leader Paths. These also unlock cosmetic collectibles that you can use to decorate your player card.

Mementos are equipment that you can equip to any leader at the start of a new game. Press the Select Mementos button to open another window where you can choose and equip unlocked mementos.
You can attach a maximum of two Memento slots to a leader. You can unlock the second Memento Slot when you reach Level 5 of your Legend Level.
