Near The Purifying Spring in Webbed Hollow

From the Purifying Spring Shrine, go to the right to reach the exit of the cave. Go forward until reaching some stairs then keep going forward.

Go around the lake until you encounter a Buddha head to the left where you can get the Skandha of Choice.
