How to Get Turtle Tear
Defeat Apramana Bat
During Chapter 3, you'll be able to access the North Shore of the Bitter Lake Keeper shrine. Head to the right, go to the water and follow the path. You will eventually encounter snake skeletons.
Go towards the skeleton and approach the snake's main body. You will be interrupted by Apramana Bat which you need to defeat to continue.
Take note that, this boss will only appear if you are accompanied by the NPC Zhu Bajie, who joins you once you arrive at the North Shore of the Bitter Lake Keeper's Shrine.
After that, interact with the skeleton and the Turtle will cry, releasing the Turtle's Tear.

You dont have to fight the Apramana Bat in order for the tear to be dropped. I didnt fight the boss, came back and the prompt to have the tear dropped was there. Dont know if yall knew this.
