Black Myth Wukong - Fox Quest Talk to the Fox

The Snow Fox Brush item can be automatically obtained as a quest item when you do the Fox Quest during Chapter 3.

Head to the Forest of Felicity Shrine and go to the nearby arch. Talk to the corpse with the Fox Scarf and it will ask you to get revenge for the yaoiguai. It will give you the Snow Fox Brush in order for you to go into fox form.
