When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.
The best IVs for Winter Mirabilis are +Def and -Spd. Boosting her Def will greatly increase her tankiness, making her more durable.
Her Spd is a dump stat and lowering it further will not change anything. Thus, -Spd is the bane of choice.
You can also opt for a +Res IV to make her a sturdier magic tank.
We recommend a +Def IV when merging Winter Mirabilis to +10.
Since she's a tanky unit, boosting Def will make her more durable. You can also opt for +Res.

Winter Mirabilis is a ranged physical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.
This Red Thief will certainly be dreaming about that Dreamflake attack!
Winter Mirabilis' unique dagger Dreamflake applies an Atk-5 debuff to all foes within 3 rows or 3 columns centered on Winter Mirabilis, as long as they already have a penalty applied to them.
Applying the initial penalty isn't a tedious chore, as Winter Mirabilis can easily get this done with her assist Whimsical Dream or her B skill Spd Cantrip 3.
In dire circumstances, Winter Mirabilis can easily tank an enemy attack and then use the 【Dagger 7】penalty applied on enemy phase to have a better player phase.
Whimsical Dream is an assist skill that allows the target ally to take another action. It also grants +5 Atk to that ally and all allies within 2 squares of target. In addition, it inflicts -5 Atk on the nearest foe within 4 spaces of the same ally plus any other foe that is within 2 spaces of that primary foe.
Whimsical Dream is a skill that may take a lot of strategy to fully utilize, but it's a powerful skill whether or not you are able to fully utlilize it. It shines best in modes like Aether Raids, Arena or Grand Hero Battles where every buff and penalty counts.
Winter Mirabilis comes with the premium C skill Ground Orders 3.
It allows infantry, armored and cavalry allies adjacent to Winter Mirabilis at the start of a turn the ability to move to a space adjacent to allies within 2 spaces of them. This ability greatly increases the mobility of ground allies.
This also provides a lot of utility as you can use it to both fling allies into battle or position them in a safer place.
This makes Winter Mirabilis a potential candidate for parties that revolve around ground allies despite her movement type.
As a flying unit, Winter Mirabilis takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

While Spd Cantrip 3 is a niche skill with few uses, both Bracing Stance 3 and Ground Orders 3 are strong passive skills worth inheriting onto your favorite units.
Winter Mirabilis is a limited time Hero who can be pulled from a Special Heroes Summoning Event. They do not appear in regular summons.
