Tender Dream Range: 1 Grants another action to target ally. Grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4, "unit can move to a space adjacent to any ally within 2 spaces," and 【Canto (1)】 to target ally and allies in cardinal directions of unit and target ally (excluding unit) for 1 turn. (Cannot target an ally with Sing or Dance. This skill treated as Sing or Dance.)

Atk/Spd Unity If unit is within 2 spaces of an ally, grants Atk/Spd+5 to unit during combat, and also, if unit is inflicted with any Atk/Spd penalty, grants bonus to unit's Atk/Spd during combat = current penalty on each of those stats x 2 (Example: If unit has -7 penalty to Atk, grants Atk+14, for a net bonus of Atk+12.) Rockslide Dance 3 If Sing or Dance is used, enables 【Canto (1)】 on unit and grants Spd/Def+6 and 【Dodge】 to target ally for 1 turn.

When using an Ascendant Floret, we recommend getting the next superboon if it fits the hero. If not, consider what stat your hero needs most.

+Spd / -Def

The best IVs for Attuned Peony are +Spd and -Def. Peony's Spd is very high at base 45 and boosting it allows her to keep up with the fastest metagame units, preventing them from generating follow-up attacks against Peony.

Attuned Peony's Def is below average at only base 25, making her susceptible to physical damage. As a refresher unit, Peony should rarely be in range of physical attackers anyway. It is a safe bane to take.

+Spd for a +10 merge

We recommend +Spd when merging Attuned Peony up to +10 to ensure she prevents as many follow-up attacks from speedy foes as possible.

How to Use, Explanation

Attuned Peony makes great use of Guidance 4 with her ability to position herself using Atk Oath Echo's warping effect. Soaring Guidance is also a great skill if the team composition warrants it. Drive Spd 2 increases the Spd of nearby allies to improve the Dodge effect granted by Rockslide Dance 3.

Attuned Peony is a close physical attacker (range = 1). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage she deals will be equivalent to her Atk minus the foe's Def stat.

Attuned Peony Strengths

Flower of Caring boosts allies' Atk/Spd and grants them post-combat healing

Attuned Peony's exclusive weapon Flower of Caring grants Atk/Spd+5 and 5 HP post-combat healing to all allies in cardinal directions of Peony.

In combat, Flower of Caring grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+5 to Attuned Peony, reduces damage from her foe's first attack by 40%, and heals her 5 HP after combat. Additionally, if an ally is in a cardinal direction of Peony, Flower of Caring grants an additional Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4 to Peony during combat.

This is a fantastic weapon, assisting allies even if they are far away from Attuned Peony, while also helping Peony survive combat in those rare cases where she enters combat.

Tender Dream refreshes an ally's action while granting bonus stats and mobility to allies

Attuned Peony's exclusive refresher assist Tender Dream refreshes an ally's action and grants Atk/Spd/Def/Res+4, the Orders buff, and 【Canto (1)】 to the target ally and all allies in cardinal directions of both Attuned Peony and the target ally.

This effect can grant the bonuses to multiple allies, improving the team's mobility and combat potential with only one use.

Atk Oath Echo provides an Atk bonus and warping

Attuned Peony's extra Attuned Skill, Atk Oath Echo, is basically Atk Oath 4 on an extra skill slot, improving Peony's Atk stat and allowing her to warp to a space adjacent to a nearby ally.

This skill takes up the extra Attuned Skill slot which has been recently added onto the game.

Attuned Peony's base Def is only at 25, leaving her prone to physical attackers.

Keep Peony away from enemies that deal physical damage to ensure her survival.

Weak to Bows

As a flying unit, Attuned Peony takes 1.5x damage from bows and weapons effective on flying units. Be sure to keep them out of the range of archers and leave them to other units.

Attuned Peony has Atk/Spd Unity, Rockslide Dance 3, Cross Spur Spd, and Atk Oath Echo as valuable inheritance options.

While most of the prerequisite skills for these skills are common, Rockslide Dance 2 is a rare skill. Thankfully, it can be found on the Hoshidan Summer Elincia combat manual under Divine Codes 1.

As an Attuned Hero, Attuned Peony will not disappear from your barracks upon using her as the source hero for inheritance once.

Additionally, Atk Oath Echo is an Attuned Skill; we heavily recommend including this as one of your inheritance choices.
