The best IVs for Winter Artur are +Atk and -Spd. Boosting his Atk will greatly increase his firepower and give him potential for one-shots.

This build doubles-down on Unity stacking to fully take advantage of debuffs applied to him and reach absurd in-combat bonuses. Atk/Def Unity is chosen for the A slot to improve his overall bulk.

Winter Artur is a ranged magical attacker (range = 2). Therefore, when not accounting for the Weapon Triangle, the amount of damage he deals will be equivalent to his Atk minus the foe's Res stat.

Winter Artur is equipped with the inheritable weapon Snow Globe+.

This Green Tome has a similar effect to Atk/Res Unity, in which the unit wielding it receives an Atk/Res+5 buff and reverses debuffs to Atk/Res by granting buffs equal to twice the amount of debuffs on those two stats.

This is an amazing inheritable tome, especially if the unit using it also has another Unity skill on his/her A slot. This allows him/her to double down on stat debuffs and receive absurd bonuses!

Possesses a unique defensive mechanic in D/R Far Save 3

【Savior】 is a powerful mechanic that allows Winter Artur to take an attack in place of an ally. It occurs when a ranged foe attacks a unit within 2 spaces of Artur and when this happens, he is granted +4 Def/Res

This is very helpful as Winter Artur is very strong in the enemy phase. He can cover for allies that are not great at receiving attacks.
