In the Skyview Spring at Faron Woods, you can find blue birds in the area. Sneak up on them and use a Bug Net to catch them to obtain a Blue Bird Feather.
At the Sealed Grounds, head outside the front door to find a group of birds. Use the Bug Net to catch the blue bird among the group and run away from the area and back to respawn the birds.
When using this method, equip a Treasure Medal or a Cursed Medal to increase the chances of the blue bird to spawn in the area.
How to Catch Birds: Bird Farming Guide
You can get Blue Bird Feathers as a random reward in the Clean Cut Challege minigame. You must cut the bamboo 28 times to obtain the feather.
If you score 600 points or more in the Pumpkin Pull minigame, you have a chance of obtaining a Blue Bird Feather as a reward.
There is a chance you can obtain a Blue Bird Feather after completing the "Heart Stopping!" challenge in less than one minute and five seconds (1:05).
You can get a Blue Bird Feather as a random reward for defeating six bosses in the Boss Rush minigame.
You can buy Blue Bird Feathers by summoning the Moonlight Merchant using the Goddess's Harp.
It costs 200 Rupees to buy a Blue Bird Feather from the Moonlight Merchant.
How to Find the Moonlight Merchant
You can also find some Blue Bird Feathers randomly in treasure chests.
Blue Bird Feathers can be sold to Rupin at night for 100 Rupees.
