Fledge hands you the first Adventure Pouch in the game. You obtain it automatically after placing the Emerald Tablet inside the Statue of the Goddess.

The first Adventure Pouch upgrade can be found in a Goddess Chest outside the front door of the Lumpy Pumpkin. To open it, find the Goddess Cube next to Gorko at Deep Woods and strike the cube with a Skyward Strike.

Zelda Skyward Sword HD - Adventure Pouch from Beedle
The remaining Adventure Pouch upgrades can be purchased from Beedle's Shop. To get the discount price, you need to retrieve Beedle's pet and complete his side quest.

Note that the discount price can only be used to purchase a single item, so it recommended to use it to buy the most expensive items in the shop.

How to Get to Beedle's Shop

Adventure Pouch IconAdventure Pouch ・ First Upgrade: Activate the first Goddess Cube in Deep Woods and open the Goddess Chest on Pumpkin Landing.
・ Second Upgrade: Purchase from Beedle for 300 Rupees.
・ Third Upgrade: Purchase from Beedle for 600 Rupees.
・ Fourth Upgrade: Purchase from Beedle for 1200 Rupees.
Effects: Allows you to carry shields, medals, ammunition upgrades, and bottle items.

What is the Adventure Pouch?

Equipment that Holds Items

Zelda Skyward Sword HD - Adventure Pouch Menu
The Adventure Pouch allows you to hold items such as Shields, Medals, Empty Bottles, Seed Satchels, Bomb Bags, and Quivers. If you pick up any of these items while the pouch is full, the item will be sent to the Item Check at Skyloft.

You can carry up to four items at the beginning and can be upgraded to add four more pouches to increase its capacity.
