This is a guide to the Side Quest, Missing Crystal Ball, in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD for the Nintendo Switch. Read on to learn how to start Missing Crystal Ball, how to find Sparrot's Crystal Ball, as well as all quest rewards.

After defeating The Imprisoned for the second time, head to the eastern side of Skyloft and enter Sparrot's house. Inside, speak with Sparrot to start the side quest.

1 | Head to the Bazaar (Optional) |
Optional: After defeating The Imprisoned for the second time, head to the Bazaar to find that the fortune teller is missing. Talk to Croo, the old man at the restaurant area, to reveal the fortune teller's location. |
Head to the Fortune Teller's House |
Head to the series of houses east of Skyloft. Climb to the top and head east to find the fortune teller's house. Enter the house in the morning and talk to the man on the table. |
2 | Head to Eldin Volcano |
Fly to the Eldin Volcano and land on the Temple Entrance Bird Statue. |

3 | Dig on the soft soil spot |
Head west from the Earth Temple entrance until you find a soft soil spot. Dig it up to reveal an air geyser and jump on it. |
4 | Grapple on the target |
Turn around to face the temple entrance and look left to find a target. Use the Clawshot to grapple on it and reach the crystal ball. Examine the crystall ball and have Fi transport it to the sky. |
5 | Return to Sparrot |
Return to Sparrot to claim your reward and complete the side quest. |

You will receive 5 Gratitude Crystals and half price for Fortune Telling as a reward for completing the side quest.
