As with before, you'll have to collect the 15 Tears of Din fast enough to not be caught by the Guardians. One particular tear will require you to swing to it in mid-air. You should easily find the rest with the help of the Light Fruit.
Return to the starting point of the trial to complete the trial. You will be rewarded with Fireshield Earrings, allowing you to explore extremely hot areas.
Din's Silent Realm Walkthrough
Head to the northeastern-most part of the map and head for the Volcano's Summit. Run up the slope and use the stone platforms to cross the lava river. Go to the northern room.
Offer the Frog Statue a Bottle of Water to clear the path for you. If you don't have water with you, take an empty bottle and collect water at the western exit of the previous room.
In the next room is another fire barrier. Since the platform is too far from the Frog Statue, use your Clawshot to climb up to the higher walkway before pouring the water.
At the end of the path is a larger fire wall. A Bottle of Water won't be enough for this. You'll need a larger water source. Head back to the sky and fly to the Floria Waterfall.
Speak with Faron to borrow her water basin. Enlist the help of Scrapper then make your way back to Eldin.
You'll have to protect Scrapper from enemies as you make your way up the volcano. To start with, take out the Bokoblin Archer west of the entrance.
Continue along the path, taking out the two Fire Chuchu and the Bokoblin Archer. Run up the slope and take out the three archers stationed here.
At the top of the slope, run past the camp and defeat the Moblin on the fallen tower. Continue along the path and up the vines. On the curved path, defeat the Fire Chuchu.
On the larger slope, you'll have to take out five red Bokoblins and 5 archer bokoblins. Do so quickly while watching your stamina. Head East towards the Bokoblin camp, defeat the 3 blue Bokoblins waiting here.
Past the camp, you'll have to take out the Metal Shield Moblin. Head up the ramp, then take out the three Bokoblin Archers before taking care of the Metal Shield Moblin.
Head into the Volcano Summit. A swarm of Fire Keese will approach. You can so a spin attack to take care of all of them easily. Head up the ramp on the left, and when you drop down on the other side, take care of the two Lizalfos here.
With those Lizalfos out of the way, you should be able to get back to the large frog statue without any issues.
Scrapper will pour the water from the basin onto the large Frog Statue. You should now be able to enter the Fire Sanctuary.

List of Enemies | Strategy |
---|---|
Chuchu | A simple sword slash defeats it. When it merges, proceed to continue slashing until every Chuchu is defeated. |
Cursed Spume | You can safely defeat it by shooting with a bow, or using Skyward Sword from afar. Take care not to be in contact with it as it disables your equipment. |
Fire Keese | Defeat it like normal Keese. Do not use Wooden Shields when fighting it. |
Lizalfos | Repel the attack with a shield attack and aim and attack when you get the chance. |
Red Bokoblin (Archer) | Bokoblin Archers attack from a long distance, so it is effective to use the bow and arrow as well. If they attack with fire arrows, try not to guard wth a wooden shield. |
