|Beedle||A traveling shopkeeper and owner of the wooden house that serves as his shop.|
|Bertie||A shopkeeper who runs The Infusion Shop at the Bazaar and Luv's husband. He allows Link to upgrade his potions using the bugs he has collected.|
|Cawlin||One of Groose's lackeys and a student at the Knight Academy.|
|Croo||A retired resident of Skyloft that can be found in the Bazaar.|
|Dodoh||An enthusiatic but eccentric man who operates the Dodoh's High Dive minigame at Fun Fun Island.|
|Dovos||A self-proclaimed gourmet who can be found at the restaurant area of the Bazaar in Skyloft.|
|Eagus||A knight commander and one of the three instructors at the Knight Academy.|

|Faron||The Water Dragon and the protector of the Faron Province. She is one of the Three Dragons that guard the Surface.|
|Gorko||A Goron archaeologist who travels the surface to study its history.|
|Jellyf||Jellyf is the leader of the Parella, a race of aquatic creatures. She serves under Faron, the Water Dragon.|
|Lopsa||A cowardly Kikwi and one of the three missing Kikwis in Faron Woods.|
|Machi||A laidback Kikwi and one of the three missing Kikwis in Faron Woods.|
|Oolo||One of the three missing Kikwis that Link has to find in Faron Woods. Later in the story, he wonders if there are some other places where he could feel safe.|
|Yerbal||An elderly Kikwi hermit who reveals the trick to opening the gate leading to Lake Floria.|
|Bronzi||A Mogma treasure hunter and Silva and Plat's brother. He gives Link the Fire Sanctuary's dungeon map after saving him.|
|Cobal||A Mogma treasure hunter who accompanies Ledd.|
|Eldin||The Fire Dragon and protector of the Eldin Province. He is one of the Three Dragons that guard the Surface.|
|Guld||An elderly Mogma who seeks to find a replacement.|
|Kortz||A Mogma who teaches Link about Bomb Flowers. He can later be found searching for treasure at the Skyview Temple.|
|Ledd||A Mogma treasure hunter who allows Link to use his Bomb Bag to help the latter in his journey.|
|Merco||A Mogma found at the Eldin Volcano. He mentions to have seen a "funny-dressed character" enter the large lava rock with a hole in it.|
|Mr. Tubert||A Mogma who operates the Thrill Digger minigame at Eldin Volcano.|
|Nackle||A Mogma that Link can dig out with the Digging Mitts. He encourages Link to use the mitts to dig around.|
|Plats||A Mogma treasure hunter and Silva and Bronzi's brother. He gives Link a chest containing a Piece of Heart in the Fire Sanctuary.|
|Silva||A Mogma treasure hunter and Plats and Bronzi's bother. He gives Link the Mogma Mitts as a reward for saving him at the Fire Sanctuary.|
|Tyto||A Mogma who lives at Eldin Volcano. He gives Link the Digging Mitts as a reward for defeating the Bokoblins that are harassing him.|
|Zanc||A Mogma found in a cave at Eldin Volcano. He offers Link "top-secret info" for the Thrill Digger minigame for 20 Rupees.|

|Gortram||A large Goron who owns and operates the Rickety Coaster minigame at the Shipyard.|
