After finding Kukiel, speak with Parrow at the Plaza to start the side quest.

After finding Kukiel, head to the Plaza south of Skyloft to find Parrow. Talk to him to start the side quest. |
Head Southwest of Skyloft

Head southwest near Fun Fun Island to find a small island with Orielle and her Loftwing. |

Obtain Mushroom Spores
| 3 |  Talk to Parrow |
Head back to the Plaza and talk to Parrow to obtain a bottle with Mushroom Spores. |

Fly Back to Orielle
| 4 |  Talk to Orielle |
Return to Orielle with the Mushroom Spores and talk to her. She will heal the Loftwing and reward you with 5 Gratitude Crystals. |

Return to Parrow
| 5 |  Return to Parrow |
Return to Parrow to claim the other five Gratitude Crystals and complete the side quest. |

Missing Sister Quest Rewards
10 Gratitude Crystals and Empty Bottle
You get a total of 10 Gratitude Crystals from Orielle and Parrow for completing the side quest.
In addition, you also get to keep the Empty Bottle that Parrow used to store the Mushroom Spores.
