Jelly Blobs can easily be farmed from the multiple Aracha inside the Sandship. Equip the Cursed Medal and the Treasure Medal and defeat all the scorpion-like enemies to obtain the Jelly Blobs from them. Enter and exit through the door to respawn the Aracha.
You can obtain 99 Jelly Blobs using this method and sell them to Rupin at night for 2970 Rupees, making it a viable method for farming Rupees quickly.
