Buy Two Stamina Potions		 Head to the Potion Shop at the Bazaar and buy two Stamina Potions.

Zelda Skyward Sword HD - Fledge Map Location
Map Location		 Sleep on a bed until night and head inside Fledge's room at the Knight Academy. Talk to Fledge and give him the Stamina Potion.

Zelda Skyward Sword HD - Give the Stamina Potion to Fledge
Give Fledge the second potion		 Sleep until night again and return to Fledge to give him the second Stamina Potion. Note that you need to clear the Sandship to proceed through this part.

Talk to Fledge at night		 Sleep until night and talk to Fledge one more time to complete the side quest.
