This is a guide to Fledge's Workout, a Side Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD for the Nintendo Switch. See how to use Stamina Potions to complete Fledge's Side Quest, as well as all quest rewards.

After completing the Sandship, talk to Fledge in his room at night to start the side quest.

Head to the Potion Shop at the Bazaar and buy two Stamina Potions. |

Sleep on a bed until night and head inside Fledge's room at the Knight Academy. Talk to Fledge and give him the Stamina Potion. |
| 3 |  Give Fledge the second potion |
Sleep until night again and return to Fledge to give him the second Stamina Potion. Note that you need to clear the Sandship to proceed through this part. |
| 4 |  Talk to Fledge at night |
Sleep until night and talk to Fledge one more time to complete the side quest. |

You will receive 5 Gratitude Crystals as a reward for completing the side quest, as well as unlock the Pumpkin Pull minigame.
