Talk to Kina		 Fly to Pumpkin Landing and find Kina near the pumpkin patch. Talk to her to start the side quest.

Head to Eldin Volcano

Zelda Skyward Sword HD - Plower Wanted Pumpkin Patch Plower Map Location
Head to Eldin Volcano		 Fly to Eldin Volcano and land on the Volcano East Bird Statue.

Zelda Skyward Sword HD - Plower Wanted Jump to the Geyser
Jump to the geyser		 Turn left and head down the path. Jump into the geyser and perform a running jump to dive inside the volcano.

Zelda Skyward Sword HD - Plower Wanted Land on the topmost platform
Land on the topmost platform		 After the short transition, dive down to the topmost platform and talk to Guld. Select "I know a place!" and have Fi transport Guld to the sky.

I was actually able to complete this quest before fighting The Imprisoned a second time. I don't think the prerequisite listed in guide is correct.
