Obtain the Mechonis Key

The Mechonis Key is a key item necessary to activate the ladder leading to the Power Pipe Ruins. To obtain the Mechonis Key, you have to complete the quest Wilted Flower from Rizaka. There are some collectibles in the Power Pipe Ruins but the true reward for entering the ruins is obtaining Fiora's Extra Skill Tree.
