How to Use Peekaboo

As you approach the side of a targeted enemy, you will see this icon appear in Peekaboo's Art icon.

This means you're in the perfect position for the bonus effect, though the bonuse effect of inflicting Confuse and filling the party gauge will only come into effect if you're targeting a Mechon.
