Is Monado Cyclone Worth Leveling Up?

Level up Cyclone if you have extra AP

Monado Cyclone's biggest draw back is its long startup, making it difficult to extend the duration of a toppled foe with. Although this Art will not be quite as good as some of Shulk's other ones, it certainly has its uses, and it won't hurt to have leveled up. Invest into this Art if have already leveled your more important Arts, and have extra AP to spend.
