Sakura Bakushin O (Super! Sonic! Flower Power!) has a unique perk that increases Training Effectiveness when she is in a different training facility (everything else except Guts), provided you have reached 80 friendship with her.
Unfortunately, due to her unique perk's mechanic, you cannot stack Friendship Bonus and Training Effectiveness, which isn't optimal for the most stats. Still, Guts isn't the most important stat, and gaining Training Effectiveness elsewhere makes it decent.
This support card also has a 10% Race Bonus (when fully uncapped) which is great for the Trackblazer scenario. Another thing to note is that she has Groundwork, which is a pretty good skill to have during the early race and is easily obtainable through her first Chain Event.
Lastly, your Umamusume will also get a chance to get In High Spirits on the third Chain Event, which is a good velocity skill but is only limited to Sprint races.
