You can harvest Acacia at the guaranteed respawn location inside a lagoon north of Sante-Anne in Skull and Bones! Learn more about Acacia respawn locations, how to harvest Acacia, what to do if you can't get Acacia, and how to use Acacia!
Acacia Respawn Map Location | North of Sainte-Anne |
---|---|
Overworld Location | Any acacia tree at the lagoon |
There is an area with a guaranteed fast Acacia respawn time of under 1 minute. Proceed to the northern part of Sante-Anne and you'll find a small entrance that will take you to a lagoon. Proceed to any acacia marked in the lagoon, where you'll find 3 Acacia trees that respawn every minute!
Note that these areas aren't marked on your map with an Acacia icon, so you'd have to mark it yourself. Additionally, only the Dhow can fit the small entrance leading to the lagoon, so you'll have to change ship at Sainte-Anne before going here.
You can turn on the Auto Harvest feature in the settings menu to harvest resources without playing the mini-game. Although this is easier, you'll harvest longer and get fewer resources per node.
One of the ways you can instantly respawn acacia is by quitting to the main menu and logging back in. This will load you into another server, where there's a good chance that the acacia you're looking for has not been gathered yet from the resource node being tracked.
Unlike the above acacia respawn location, this method does not have a 100% guaranteed rate, based on our testing.
Ubisoft fixed a couple of issues on Skull and Bones last February 15 and this includes the regeneration process of Acacia Trees surrounding Sainte-Anne.
Instead of 60 seconds, the trees now respawn 30 seconds after it has been cut. This makes it easier for players to harvest Acacia Wood needed for builds!
How to Obtain Acacia |
---|
|
Note: You don't need to go down to your ship to gather materials. If a prompt doesn't appear as you get closer, it may mean that another player has already gathered the materials. |
To start harvesting Acacia, you must first obtain the Saw tool by crafting it through the Carpenter. Only then will you be able to head out into the open world and start interacting with Acacia resource nodes.
Tools of the Trade Walkthrough
Travel to one of the gathering spots you can find in your map. Once you've arrived in one of these locations, simply approach the area of interest, click on the harvest prompt, and complete the mini-game that will appear. Note that you don't need to go down to your ship to start gathering in these areas.
Resource Gathering Mini-Game and How to Turn Off
If you've arrived at a marked location and there is no harvest prompt showing up, check if the Acacia Tree is still standing within the area. If you happen to find a tree stump, it means that it was already gathered by another player, and it's just best to just go on to another location.
You can use Acacia to craft Acacia Planks, which is a Refined Material used to craft higher quality items. You can turn your Acacia into Acacia Planks by visiting the Refinery.
You'll need 10 Acacia to build the Rammer ship. Other ships do not require Acacia as a material, so check in with the Shipwright and see the required materials to build each ship!
