Proceed to the highligthed quest area, in the Western Basin, northwest of Lanitra.

Upon arriving in the area, Kuharibu will spawn and attack. Consider fighting Kuharibu in a group, since Kuharibu tends to attack a single ship, and lacks attacks that target multiple players..

Skull and Bones - Sea People Huntsmaster
Once Kuharibu is slain, deliver Kuharibu's Eye back to the Sea People Huntsmaster.
