You can board ships by firing off grappling hooks on weakened ships in Skull and Bones. Learn how to board ships and find out if you can board a friend's ship in this guide!
List of Contents
Before you can board a ship, you'll first have to damage it below half its health, then sail towards the side of it and fire off grappling hooks (Triangle / Y on Controller, R on Keyboard) to board it.
Make sure to aim high before firing the hooks, otherwise you'll have a good chance of missing your target. Keep in mind that you'll also need to be close enough to the ship for the hooks to latch on.
Unfortunately, you cannot hop on board your friend's ship. You can only sail the seas together aboard your own ships.
After successfully boarding a ship, you'll be able to steal its cargo which usually contains silver, food, and random materials.
