You can get the Smuggler Pass Token by buying the Premium Edition of Skull and Bones. This edition of the game costs $89.99, and it also includes several items and cosmetics that you can use on your character and ship.
All Edition Differences and Premium Edition Bonuses
The Smuggler Pass Token is a worthy bonus to getting the $89.99 Premium Edition, which allows you early access to the game, along with other cosmetics. However, it's not worth it if you're just buying the Premium Edition to get the Smuggler Pass Token, as you can wait to see how much the Smuggler Pass actually costs when the first one launches around the start of season one.
The Smuggler Pass Token can give you access to the Premium Pass that comes out every season. At the time of writing, it's unknown what are the contents of the Smuggler Pass. According to Ubisoft, having the Premium Pass will give you special rewards in addition to the ones you can get from the Free Pass.
