Dialogue choices in Skull and Bones do not really matter and will only ever affect the way some characters react to your choice. Read on to learn if dialogue choices matter, including how they affect the main campaign and conversations with certain characters.

No, They Do Not

The short answer is no, dialogue choices do not matter. Dialogue choices in Skull and Bones are primarily for role-play and do not affect gameplay whatsoever.

Affects How Characters React to Your Choice

Dialogue choices only affect the reaction of the character you're talking to. Conversations with NPCs will conclude the same way regardless of which dialogue choice you choose.

For instance, one of Scurlock's dialogue choices during the Appointment of Power quest revolve around what you would do regarding the loot you gained. Either choice doesn't do anything story-wise. Scurlock will just comment on your choice and move on.

Does Not Affect Any Questline

Quests are not affected by dialogue choices. Some choices provide an illusion of choice, but they all end up having the same conclusion at the end.
