The Skull and Bones Open Beta has officially ended, as of 3 PM on February 11 (PT). The game will next go live on February 13 for Premium Early Access users and February 16 for everyone else.

The Open Beta is set to end at 3 PM on February 11 (PT). All players will lose access to the servers at the same time.

How Long is the Open Beta?

From February 7 to February 11

The Open Beta runs from February 7 until 3 PM on February 11. This gives players a total of 90 hours to try out Skull and Bones on their desired platform.

It features 33 Main Contracts and around 20 Side Contracts, some of which you can complete repeatedly.

Players can also participate in multiplayer PvE and PvP events during the open beta!

Open Beta is Free for All Platforms

The Open Beta is free and console players do not need subscriptions like PS Plus and Xbox Game Pass to access the Open Beta. Even without subscriptions, players can still interact with other players as that was the case with the Closed Beta.

How to Play Skull and Bones Beta

PC Sign Up

If you're playing on PC, you can access the Open Beta through Ubisoft Connect or the Epic Games Store. Proceed to the Free Games section, and you should be able to play the game from the launcher.

PS5 and Xbox Sign Up

If you are playing on Xbox Series X|S or PS5, you may either search Skull and Bones in your console store or by selecting the platform you'll be playing on on the Skull and Bones Open Beta page.

The Open Beta will be available for PC (through Ubisoft Connect and Epic Store Games), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. The Open Beta will launch at the same time on all these platforms, and the developers have confirmed that the game will have Cross-progression and Cross-play enabled.

How to Get All Open Beta Rewards

Stream and Twitch drops

You can obtain the Snow Leopard ship pet by watching your favorite streamers play Skull and Bone's Open Beta. To get the rewards, simply watch one of the Twitch streamers with Drops enabled tag for 1 hour. After doing so, you'll receive a notification that you can now claim the unlocked drop within 24 hours.
