All Outfits and Character Cosmetics can be purchased from Vanity Atelier in exchange for Silver. You can locate her shop by looking for a Mirror icon on your map whenever you're in settlements.

Talk to her and select the Purchase and Equip option to browse the shop's catalog. From here, you can select which cosmetic you wish to purchase for your character.

How to Equip Clothing, Outfits, and Character Cosmetics

Can Be Equipped at Vanity Atelier

Skull and Bones - Equip at Vanity Atelier

You can equip outfits as soon as you buy them from Vanity Atelier. Pick a cosmetic while browsing her shop and choose the Buy and Equip option to equip it for your player after purchasing it.

Alternatively, if you already own a cosmetic from her shop, you can hover over to it and select Equip for your character to wear them.
