Main Objectives

  1. Look for Arnold's ship in Batavia Reefs
  2. Dig up Arnold's belongings in the Dutchman Camp outpost

Quest Walkthrough

Skull and Bones - Ambush Arnold Ship location
Look for Arnold's wrecked ship north of the Dutchman's Camp, in the Open Seas region. Make sure you destroy the watchtower nearby first to salvage his ship safely. You'll receive a clue after salvaging the wreckage. Read it to unlock the next clue.

Skull and Bones - Ambush Arnold
Head to Dutchman's Camp. His belongings are stashed just beside the outpost's cookery. Read the clue inside to finish the investigation.

I would have thought a walkthrough would give you an explanation as to how you get the investigation to begin with, after that everything else is marked on the map or the investigation pages themselves.....
